Sandy Toes is the ground-floor residence of a renovated traditional fishermen’s house located directly on Fyropotamos Beach, one of the most scenic seaside settlements on Milos Island.
The accommodation is part of the traditional syrmata, the historic fishermen’s houses that line the coast of Milos. Staying here offers a unique opportunity to experience authentic seaside living just steps from the water.
The residence is located at ground level only a few meters from the sea, allowing guests to enjoy immediate access to the beach and the crystal-clear waters of Fyropotamos.
Inside, the space has been carefully renovated to provide comfortable and functional accommodation while maintaining the character of the original structure.
The residence includes a small kitchen suitable for light cooking, allowing guests to prepare simple meals during their stay, as well as a private bathroom.
Air conditioning is not available. The beachfront location allows natural airflow from the sea.
Fyropotamos is one of the most photographed coastal villages of Milos, known for its turquoise waters, colorful fishermen’s houses, and peaceful atmosphere.
Because of the village location, a private vehicle is strongly recommended. The area is not served by public transportation and there are no shops within walking distance. The nearest village with supermarkets, bakeries, and services is Triovasalos, approximately 4 km away.

Fresh towels can be arranged upon request with at least one day’s notice and may be collected from our office.
Tap water is not drinkable. Bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking.
Breakfast is not included.
Hot water is provided via an electric water heater. Guests should switch it on approximately 10 minutes before showering.
Street parking only. Parking availability may be limited, especially during peak season.
Self check-in is available via lockbox.
A private vehicle is strongly recommended due to the distance from public transportation and village centers.
